OVER THE PAST 30 YEARS I’VE BEEN TRAINING CLIENTS IN LONDON AND ABROAD.

INJURY REHABILITATION, PAIN MANAGEMENT, MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE, BALANCE AND COORDINATION, FITNESS AND CONDITIONING.

After working at The Lister Hospital Chelsea, Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Trust,  managing a health club both in Kensington and Chelsea Harbour, running my own personal training studio in Chelsea and working with many other health professionals, i’ve gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of personal training.

He has always delivered excellent results, showing an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and normal movement, he has tailored perfect rehab and fitness protocols for client’s individual needs and has helped clients reach their rehab goals, returning them to normal function and even to elite level sport.
Jonathan has excellent interpersonal skills and has successfully dealt with a broad spectrum of client groups and I found has managed his time and case load very well. I have found him to be an excellent personal trainer and rehab specialist.

He helped me overcome the fear of working out with an injury I was scared would happen again and used his constant reassurance and knowledge to help me gain strength, hold everything in place and bespoke the right exercises for me. INDOOR CLIMBING/BOULDERING COURSES.

Introduction to and tuition in the world of indoor climbing and bouldering. This is a fantastic whole body exercise, incorporating strength, endurance, core, mobility, balance, flexibility and coordination. It’s not only great fun and sociable but combines exercise with a mental element you can’t replicate in the gym. Learn a new passion and get fit in the process. Indoor climbing can also be excellent exercise for rehabilitation.
